Having had issues with a previous management company, we decided to go with Scottsdale Rentals. Wow, what a difference! All interactions with their staff have been very professional and transparent. The monthly statements are clear, easy to follow, and accurate. They've never missed or been late with an owner ACH deposit. During onboarding, the entire team was terrific, from explaining the process and being readily available for questions to ordering photos and getting the home ready to go live. Melisa, ILS's General Manager, is another standout. As owners, maintenance and upkeep are very important to us, and it's been terrific. Whether it's the swimming pool, landscaping, or maintaining the stove, Melisa is always responsive and timely.

We wanted a full-service short-term management company to handle marketing, bookkeeping, professional photos, and keep our condo clean. ILS has a friendly reservation team with 24-hour access for clients. They handle housekeeping and any issues that may arise during a stay. They supply consumables such as sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, Keurig pods, etc. They have a maintenance team, and someone checks on your property regularly, which is great for out-of-area owners.
