Our Story
Scottsdale Rentals was co-founded by longtime vacation rental expert Jim Bizily, who has been in the industry for nearly two decades. After experiencing disappointment with other management services, Jim launched his first company to manage his family’s properties—laying the foundation for a guest- and owner-focused approach that continues today.
Scottsdale Roots
Jim’s connection to Scottsdale runs deep. Having grown up in the area—riding horses through what is now the bustling Kierland neighborhood—he always knew he would return to his Arizona roots. That passion inspired the creation of Scottsdale Rentals.
